Excellent Outbound
Ordesa finds the accounts showing buying intent, puts US reps on the phone, and automates everything around the call — research, logging, follow-up and reporting. Every conversation becomes data, so the targeting gets sharper every week.
- Listening to the floor…
A list picked from buying signals, every call turned into data, follow-up that sends itself, and meetings on your calendar.

Data intelligence
How we build lists →The list is the largest single input to a result, so we build it ourselves — from buying signals, on a data platform developed with Landbase — and every call we make feeds back into the next one.
An agent reads the market for each account's buying signals — a raise, a job post for exactly the buyer we call, a new leader, an expansion, a system migration — and brings back the person to call with the evidence attached.
The same human shows up across sources under different spellings, titles and employers. We resolve them into a single record, so coverage is real and nobody is called twice under two names.
Direct dials, mobile numbers and verified addresses are attached up front, with a second source filling the gaps the first one missed. A rep opening a list is not also doing research on it.
Anyone already worked is filtered out, do-not-call is held per client, and contacts that never picked up are re-queued only after a cool-off, ranked by how likely a second dial is to land.
Every connected call is cut into turns and tagged: the opener, the prospect's first reaction, the objection, the ask. Across the whole book, that shows which lines turn into meetings and which ones end the call.
Outcomes flow back into targeting automatically. Titles that stopped answering and segments that went cold show up in the data, so the next list is built from evidence rather than assumption.
Automation
Everything around the call runs without a person, so reps spend their day talking to buyers instead of typing notes, chasing replies and building lists.
Transcripts are read as calls end. Outcomes, facts and referrals are filed against the contact, and a referral becomes a new lead on its own.
Follow-up email is written from the conversation, checked against your rules and sent from your domain — or held for a person when something looks off.
Inbound replies are watched around the clock and sent straight to the right person in Slack, so a warm reply never sits in an inbox.
Confirmations go out before the meeting, attendance is checked afterwards from the evidence in the calendar and inbox, and reschedules are tracked separately.
Contacts who didn't pick up aren't thrown away. On every build, the ones worth a second dial are found, ranked and labelled, so fresh data goes first and nothing useful is wasted.
Ask a question about your numbers in Slack, or point your own AI at your live data through an authenticated connector.
What you get
All deliverables →A list built from buying signals
Accounts are picked for intent — a fresh raise, a job post for the buyer we call, a new leader in the seat, an expansion — then resolved, enriched and suppressed on our own data platform before a rep sees a single row.
Every call turned into data
Each call is recorded, transcribed and analysed automatically. The outcome, the objections and the facts the prospect gave are written to the record without a rep typing them in.
Follow-up that sends itself
The moment a call ends, a follow-up is drafted from your own domain with your booking link in it. Clean drafts send automatically; anything unusual waits for a person. Replies are routed back to your team in real time.
Plug and play
We integrate into the systems you already run. Nothing to migrate, no seats for your team.
Send from your own Gmail and book into your own Google Calendar.
Connect a Microsoft mailbox so sending happens from your domain.
Meeting alerts, reply notifications and a bot that answers questions about your numbers.
Push call and meeting events into your CRM or data warehouse as they happen.
Query your account's live data from your own tools through an authenticated connector.
No agent on your machines, no seats for your team, no migration. We run our side; you get the output.

See the platform →The data and automation platform our floor runs on. Clients log into the same screen we do.
An agent watches each account's buying signals and brings back the person to call, with the evidence, as a new lead on the rep's list.
Every call recorded, transcribed, scored and filed against the contact automatically, with the facts and referrals pulled out of the conversation.
Which openers, pitches and answers turn into meetings, counted across every connected call on the book.
Post-call emails written from the conversation and sent from your domain, with anything unusual held for a person.
Dials, connects, conversations and booked meetings, updating as the floor works.
Results attributed to the list and segment that produced them, so the next build starts from what worked.
